A Tel Aviv court cleared a former Israeli Cabinet minister of charges that he gave classified information to Ma’ariv publisher Ofer Nimrodi when Nimrodi was under police investigation. Avigdor Kahalani — who at the time of the alleged incident was the minister in charge of police — was cleared because of insufficient evidence.
