A three-day scientific conference, featuring a special convocation in the White House to present President Carter with an honorary Ph.D will be held in Washington April 11-13 under the joint sponsorship of the American Committee and the Canadian Society for the Weizmann Institute of Science. The presentation to Carter will be made on April 11.
