A U.S. court reinstated a lawsuit filed by Holocaust survivors against the French national railroad for transporting 75,000 Jews to Nazi concentration camps during World War II. The court ruled that a judge erred in 2001 by throwing out the lawsuit because the railroad is a foreign entity.
