A U.S. judge dismissed a lawsuit that claimed German firms withheld $100 million from a slave labor fund. The judge dismissed the lawsuit Tuesday, saying the claim that firms such as BMW, Volkswagen and Duetsche Bank withheld the money is a matter best left to diplomacy.
