A Ukrainian children’s magazine that prints anti-Semitic material is still publishing despite demands from local activists that it be shut down under incitement laws, according to the Union of Councils for Jews in the FSU. In the latest issue of the magazine, which receives government funds, the editor in chief blames Israel for the Sept. 11 attack on the United States. He also claims that the Talmud allows Jews to rape young non-Jewish girls.
