A Ukrainian delegation is coming to Israel to discuss compensation for the victims of a downed airliner. The government delegation, slated to arrive in Israel on Tuesday, will discuss a vow made last month by Ukraine’s president, Leonid Kuchma, to compensate the families of Israelis killed in the plane crash. The vow came after a Sibir Airlines flight was accidentally shot down Oct. 4 by a Ukrainian anti- aircraft missile over the Black Sea.
