A viciously anti-Semitic cartoon portraying Henry Kissinger in the style of “Der Stuermer” was published in the leading Dutch daily “NRC Handelsblad” last week. The cartoon, which showed Kissinger with a hooked ne###, thick lips and thick spectacles, drew protests from many of the paper’s readers.
