A. Walter Socolow. a New York attorney, will be installed Monday as the new president of the Jewish Education Committee of New York, which provides services to more than 150,000 children in the 721 Jewish schools of all groupings in the five city boroughs and in Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties. Mr. Socolow is a member of the governing council of the American Association for Jewish Education.
