The first foreign chapter of Aleph Zadik Aleph, junior order of B’nai B’rith, has been established in Sofia, Bulgaria, it was announced today by Sam Beber, president of the Supreme Advisory Council. It is named Karmel chapter and makes the 265th group in the organization. The only other chapters outside the United States are located in six Canadian provinces.
