Abraham Ulitzur, one of the Jewish Agency’s leading financial experts for the past three decades, died in Jerusalem at the age of 57, it was announced here today by the Palestine Foundation Fund.A native of Russia, Ulitzur settled in Palestine in 1909 and in 1921 was named financial secretary of the Keren Hayesod.
