Terming the British White Paper an “iniquitous” document which would bar Palestine to the Jews as soon as the next 31,000 immigration certificates are exhausted, Dr. Israel Goldstein, president of the Zionist Organization of America, speaking at a reception tendered by Mayor Tobin, today demanded the annulment of the discriminatory document and the establishment of Palestine as a Jewish Commonwealth.
