The anti-Semitic demonstrations in connection with the protest meeting against the German talking pictures continued here yesterday and today, with the Ceske Slovo, the organ of Foreign Minister Benes, abusing Jews and Germans alike. Among the moving picture houses wrecked by the anti-German crowd was the Jewish People’s House. A number of Jews were thrown out of the moving picture houses and cafes while the anti-Semites shouted “down with the Jews” and sang Czecho-Slovakian nationalist songs.
