The fight for the admission of women to the Palestine bar will be carried to the Supreme Court of Palestine by Mrs. Ginsberg, daughter-in-law of the late Hebrew writer and philosopher, Achad Ha’am.

The case will come up in February and is directed against the Chief Justice who refused Mrs. Ginsberg permission to appear before the court, although she is a graduate lawyer. He interpreted the Palestine advocates law as referring only to men.
