Acting Israeli Foreign Minister Shlomo Ben-Ami will meet with European Union officials in Paris and London this week to lobby against a unilateral declaration of a state by the Palestinians on Nov. 15, media reports said. Ben- Ami is also slated to meet with U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and National Security Adviser Sandy Berger in Washington.
