Mailing the work of Hadassah in Israel, Acting Mayor Vincent R. Impellitteri today issued a proclamation officially designating the week of Jan. 8-15 as Hadassah Week. An intensified membership drive by the organization was launched here today following the issuance of the proclamation by Mr. Impellitteri.
