Activists of the Tanzim movement are paying others to shoot at a Jerusalem neighborhood. The group, aligned with Yasser Arafat’s Fatah faction, is allowing gunmen affiliated with Islamic Jihad and Hamas to shoot at Gilo in exchange for payments of hundreds of shekels, a senior Israeli security source told The Jerusalem Post.
