The actor son of the late Prof. E. Sukenik, world famed archaeologist, has arrived in the United States to portray his father in a television production dealing with the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Yosef Yadin, a member of Israel’s Chamber Theatre, will portray his father in a television adaption of the book, “The Meaning of the Scrolls,” written by his soldier-archaeologist brother, Yigal Yadin. The hour-long production will be on the Armstrong Circle Theatre on the night of October 2 on the CBS network. The book is to be published in this country later this year.
