Actor William Shatner is planning to visit Israel to help disabled children. The actor, known for his roles as Capt. Kirk on “Star Trek” and lawyer Denny Crane on “Boston Legal,” will visit Israel later this month to support the Jewish National Fund’s Therapeutic Consortium Endowment for Israel.
