Albert Kahn, architect, a leader in his profession in the country and a prominent Jew in Detroit has asked the Board of Education to reduce the fee to be paid him as one of the four architects asked to assist in preparing tentative plans for a group of buildings to be erected in Detroit. The Board fixed the fee at $1,500, which Mr. Kahn regards as too liberal
