Alexander Gurvetz, a Kharkov engineer who was detained by Soviet officials after he applied for exit documents, arrived here Friday together with five other Jewish families from Kharkov and Kiev. Gurvetz told newsmen that there is a “significant movement” for aliya among Kharkov Jews.
