Alexander Kahn, general manager of the Jewish Daily Forward and vice-president of the Joint Distribution Committee, arrived here today en route to Israel. During the day he met with Giuseppe Saragat, leader of the Italian Social Democratic Party, who stressed the ties between Italian Social Democracy and American Jewish liberal forces.
