Alexander S. Keller of Hartford, Conn, has been elected chairman of the Executive Committee of the National Refugee Service, it was announced today by William Rosenwald, honorary president. Mr. Keller succeeds Charles A. Riegelman who occupied the post until his recent election to the presidency.
