Mrs. Eban was described by those who knew her as a woman of great charm and knowledge, and in her younger days, an active Zionist and social worker. She is survived by her husband. Dr. Isaac Eban, an eminent radiologist, now retired, Foreign Minister Eban, and another son and daughter. The funeral will be private. It has not been decided yet whether Eban will keep his appointment tomorrow with British Foreign Secretary James Callaghan.
