Aliens Abused Protection, Vichy Charges

Foreigners newly-naturalized in France abused the exceptional protection accorded them to conduct a policy “which did not take into account the frontiers of France,” the Vichy wireless charged today. The statement was made in connection with announcement that the Petain regime had abrogated the decree law of April, 1939, which forbade agitation against any group of the French nation on racial and religious grounds.
