All social services employes in Israel held a strike Thursday to protest against the increasing wave of violence against social service bureaus throughout the country by people seeking social services. The Ministry of Welfare in a press release Wednesday night said it sympathized with the protest of the social workers against the violence towards the employes in the various bureaus.
