Deputy Premier Yigal Allon will not meet with Secretary of State William P. Rogers when the former visits Washington is early May. Allon, who will be on a fund-raising mission, will arrive when Rogers is in Europe for a meeting with ministers of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Allon is expected to see other senior diplomats, possibly including Dr. Henry A. Kissinger, the national security advisor.
