Israel Ambassador Abba Eban paid a “routine call” on Henry M. Byroade, Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs. The Ambassador said he discussed with Mr. Byroade current matters of mutual interest to Israel and the United States. “I can’t particularize anymore today,” he added.
