Herbert Cundy of the United States, and Jean Lucas of France, members of the technical committee on Arab refugees for the United Nations Palestine Conciliation Commission, arrived at U.N. headquarters is Government House here from Lausanne, late last night. The Turkish member, Richti Zorlu, is expected here Friday.
The technical committee has been ordered to make an on-the-spot survey of Arab refugees in the Middle East, Their report will form the basis for the Conciliation Commission’s findings on this subject.
