American Consul in Casablanca Profests Withholding of Matzohs from Moroccan Jews

The American consul general in Casablanca has protested the withholding of 500 pounds of matzohs consigned to Casablanca Jews, it pas learned here today.

The report of the Matzoh issue first came from an American Legion post in Casablanca which also complained on other instances of “discrimination” by the port control officer. The matzohs were a free gift to the Moroccan Jews.
