The American Jewish Committee today issued a statement pledging cooperation with synagogue groups. The statement expressed satisfaction with the continuing growth of the religious life of American Jews. “We are pleased to note the great share of the Jewish religious bodies in the enrichment of the nations spiritual vitality, ” the statement said.
