The American Jewish Labor Council today announced that a delegation of eight of its members has reached Poland to study the situation of Jews there and to distribute $100,000 for the rehabilitation of Jewish survivors. The delegation was received by Polish Premier Osuba-Morawski who assured them that the government is determined to do everything necessary” to combat anti-Semitism in the country.
