Dr. Fritz Bernstein, Israeli Minister for Trade and Industry, today announced that Numa Torczyner, American delegate to the Zionist Actions Committee, has teen appointed official consultant of the Israel Government or all matters concerning the American-Israeli diamond trade. Torczyner addressed a meeting of leaders of the Israeli diamond industry, one of the largest industries in the country.
