The American Nazi Party today asked Virginia Governor Albettis S. Harrison to veto the State Assembly-passed bill revoking the party’s state charter.
The appeal, made by national secretary Karl R. Allen, also contained a request for a personal meeting with the Governor to argue the case for a veto. If Gov. Harrison signs the bill, the charter will be voided June 1.
