The municipal council here unanimously resolved to name several new streets on the city’s outskirts after Jewish resistance leaders executed by the Nazis during World War II. Among those to he thus honored are the Amsterdam Jewish journalists Sieg Vaz Dias and Jaap Nunez Vas.
