The envoy gave a reception at the embassy for Jewish leaders in the evening. The Argentine General Zionists sponsored a banquet at which the guests of honor were Dr. Luis Mackay, Minister of Education, Dederico Fernandez de Monjardin, Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies.
