An advocacy group for Jews in the former Soviet Union elected new leaders. NCSJ: Advocates on Behalf of Jews in Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic States and Eurasia named Edward Robin as chairman and Lesley Israel as president when its board met earlier this month.
