An American offered a mother of a suicide bomber $30,000 for each of her other children. In a letter-to-the editor that appeared in Wednesday’s edition of the Wall Street Journal, Scott Miller of Atlanta told Naima Obeid that he would pay more money to stop her children from following their brother’s path than Saddam Hussein would to reward them for suicide attacks.
