An Australian financier of Israel’s right wing voiced disappointment at Likud ministers’ backing of Ariel Sharon’s disengagement plan. “Could be that their personal political interests was the main motivation in deciding to support the plan,” Rabbi Joseph Gutnick, a Chabad magnate from Sydney, told the Yediot Achronot Web site, referring to Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Education Minister Limor Livnat.
