An e-mail petition is being circulated calling on Jews to vote for “American Idol” finalist Elliott Yamin. The e-mail, which originated in Yamin’s home Jewish community of Richmond, Va., calls Yamin a “nice Jewish boy” whose “humbleness and sweetness is evident, even through the lenses of the camera.”
