An emergency security alert was briefly declared at the Prime Minister’s Office in Jerusalem when three Turkish journalists trying to enter the compound were found with defused grenades and empty cartridges in their possession. The Prime Minister’s Office said an initial inquiry found that the three did not intend to carry out an attack, but wanted to show the prime minister the munitions being used by the Israeli army in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
