An explosion in the West Bank town of Ramallah killed two people and injured an undetermined number of others, according to Israel’s Army Radio. The blast took place near the office of the individual in charge of all Palestinian security forces in the West Bank, Jibril Rajoub. The cause of the explosion was not immediately known.
