An extremist newspaper in Russia is suing a Jewish leader. The newspaper, the Russian Community of Yekaterinburg, accuses Mikhail Oshtrakh of allegedly damaging the newspaper editor’s “business reputation,” according to the Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union. On the urging of Oshtrakh and other minority leaders in the region, officials launched an investigation against the paper for publishing articles that allegedly incite ethnic hatred.
