An Israeli actor won the best actor award at the Tribeca Film Festival. Ohad Knoller stars in the movie “Yossi and Jagger,” about a gay couple serving in the Israeli army. The awards ceremony at the festival, which was launched last year to boost the economy of lower Manhattan after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, took place Sunday.
