An Israeli Arab seriously wounded in a suicide bombing in northern Israel had alerted police before the attack. Israeli police initially suspected that Rami Mahamid, 17, helped the bomber carry out the Sept. 18 attack near the Israeli Arab city of Umm el-Fahm.
