An Israeli Arab was sentenced to four years in jail for passing weapons to a Palestinian militia leader. Wednesday’s sentence came after Mohammad Abd Razak pleaded guilty to transferring the weapons to Raed Karmi, a leader of the Tanzim who was killed by Israel two years ago.
