An Israeli-born fugitive accused of securities fraud in New York was taken into custody. The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday that it was holding Jacob “Kobi” Alexander, who was arrested while hiding in Namibia. Alexander, the former chief executive of Comverse Technology Inc., has been indicted in the United States on charges including conspiracy and securities fraud.
