An Israeli businessman kidnapped by Hezbollah in 2000 is still alive, according to a German mediator. The mediator reportedly was allowed to visit Elhanan Tannenbaum recently as part of an exchange of gestures that included Israel’s release Monday of the bodies of two members of Hezbollah.
