An Israeli expert on earthquakes died of a heart attack shortly after testifying before a Knesset committee regarding building safety. Professor Ya’acov Glick, 68, succumbed to a heart attack shortly after speaking passionately about what he viewed as Israel’s lack of preparation for earthquakes.
