An Israeli extremist was charged with supplying explosives to a suspected Jewish terror cell. Noam Federman, a leader of the outlawed Kach movement, was charged Monday with allegedly providing the explosives for a bomb the cell allegedly planned to use to blow up a hospital and girls school in eastern Jerusalem.
