An Israeli man died of his wounds from a Palestinian mortar attack. Nissim Arbiv, 26, from the Gaza Strip settlement of Nissanit, died Tuesday of wounds sustained from a mortar attack in Gaza nine days ago. Arbiv was injured by a shell while working at the Erez Industrial Zone on Jan. 2. There were no casualties from another mortar barrage Tuesday on Gaza settlements and a rocket launch against the Israeli border town of Sderot.
